Availability: September 2023 SSP, a leader in the digital payment industry, is looking for an ambitious and talented Content Manager to join our team.
This position is a crucial part of our digital inbound marketing strategy, responsible for creating, updating and managing content across all media, with the aim of engaging users and converting our audience. YOUR MISSIONS :

  1. Content strategy: Create and implement a content strategy that is aligned with the company’s marketing and sales objectives;
  2. Content creation: Create and edit content that is engaging, informative and attractive to the company’s target audience.
    This can include text, images, videos and other types of multimedia content;
  3. Editorial calendar management: Plan and organize the content publication calendar to ensure consistent and regular content distribution;
  4. Search engine optimization (SEO): Ensuring that content is optimized for search engines to increase online visibility;
  5. Use of mailing and marketing automation tools to deliver customized content to our target customers, generating relationship marketing;
  6. Social media management: Oversee the company’s social media strategy and ensure that content is distributed effectively on the various platforms;
  7. Performance analysis: Track and analyze content performance to understand what’s working and what’s not.
    This can include using analytics tools to track click-through rates, visit times, shares, likes, etc ;
  8. Competitive intelligence: Monitor and analyze content trends in the industry and among competitors to stay current and innovative.

PROFILE : Technical skills: – Excellent writing and communication skills – Good understanding of various SEO and web traffic analysis tools – Ability to use and interact appropriately with each social network to accurately manage the company’s online reputation mainly Linkedin, Twitter, You tube -Microsoft office and Canva content creation tools, Personal qualities : – Creative with a passion for writing; -Curiosity and open-mindedness to learn about and grasp the latest market trends and customer needs; -A special affinity for new technologies and social networks; -Team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Amicable phase
    • Management of files over a certain amount to be defined (large receivables): Calls to debtors, email exchanges, reminders, scheduling etc…
    • Recovery of disputed receivables, regardless of amount
    • Analysis of the file, exchange with the customer, transaction with the debtor etc….

 

  • Judicial phase
    • Analysis of the case, preparation of the legal file: request for documents from the customer
    • Transmission of files to bailiffs and lawyers.
    • Judicial follow-up/updating clients on proceedings: He is in direct contact with the lawyer: conclusions, observations on conclusions and the bailiff: request for additional seizures, request to return the file, request for updates etc…
